Snapchat Surpasses 900 Million Monthly Active Users

We’re thrilled to announce that Snapchat has surpassed 900 million monthly active users!

As Snapchat has grown over the years, we’ve seen this idea continue to resonate with our community — and we love seeing all the silly, fun, and imperfect moments Snapchatters share with each other.

The energy and creativity of our global community inspire us every day to build a better platform for Snapchatters. Sharing Snaps and Stories will always be at the heart of the Snapchat experience, and we continuously roll out new features like AI Lenses, Bitmoji fashion, and custom Stickers to help our community stay connected and express themselves. 

We are also continuing to invest in our content experience, where the number of Spotlight posts by Snap Stars grew more than 125% year-over-year in Q1. And we believe the best is yet to come.
