Introducing the Snapchat Winter Village: Chopard, BOSS, and Lancôme in Augmented Reality

As the holiday season approaches, Snapchat is introducing the Snapchat Winter Village – a new Augmented Reality experience that brings festive shopping to life. For the first time globally for luxury, Snapchat is bringing together three iconic luxury brands – Chopard, BOSS, and Lancôme – inside one immersive digital village where visitors can step into each boutique in AR.

Available on Snapchat from December 1 to 31, the Snapchat Winter Village invites Snapchatters to explore each brand’s world through dedicated AR Lenses. Inside each experience, visitors can discover products up close – just as they would in-store – and complete their purchase directly through the brand’s e-commerce site.

Three Luxury Worlds to Explore

The Snapchat Winter Village can be accessed through the Lens Carousel and each brand’s Public Profile. It features three unique boutiques, each created in collaboration with the creative studio Atomic:

  • Chopard welcomes visitors into a refined, paper-like reinterpretation of its boutique, where soft ivory textures shape every detail. Snapchatters can browse displays featuring the Maison’s signature watches and jewelry, with interactive product cards highlighting each piece’s story.

  • Lancôme transports Snapchatters into a glowing, train-inspired fragrance experience, reimagining the Lancôme Express above snowy mountains. Inside the pink and gold carriage, each fragrance – from the new Vanille Nude to the iconic La Vie Est Belle – is presented like a treasured discovery, with stories behind each creation revealed through AR.

  • BOSS introduces its Augmented Factory, a warm and festive space with copper-toned walls and moving conveyor belts. The experience spotlights the BOSS x Steiff collection, where BOSS’ modern aesthetic meets the charm of Steiff’s iconic teddy bears and their signature “Button in Ear.”

Holiday Shopping, Reimagined

The Snapchat Winter Village uses Snap’s AR technology to offer a fresh, engaging way to shop for the holidays. Snapchatters can discover new products, explore each brand’s universe, or find gift inspiration in a space that blends the ease of online shopping with the delight of an in-store visit.

The Snapchat Winter Village will be available in France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Nordics, Benelux and the Middle East, accessible through the Lens Carousel or each brand’s Public Profile from December 1 to 31.
