Mr. O’Sullivan has served as our General Counsel since July 2017. From 1992 to July 2017, Mr. O’Sullivan was a lawyer in private practice. He served since 1996 as a lawyer at the law firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP in Los Angeles, California, where he focused his practice on advising companies, their boards of directors, and founders on corporate transactions, governance matters, and significant disputes. Mr. O’Sullivan holds a J.D. from University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law and a B.A. from University of Pennsylvania.
