As part of our continued efforts to support families, the site offers comprehensive resources and information to equip parents and teens with essential tools to support their safety and digital well-being.
For those who are new to Snapchat, the Family Hub includes a comprehensive overview of Snapchat that dives deep into how the app works. It details our in-app safeguards for teens to arm families with information about the robust set of tools, resources, and settings that support safe Snapchat use.
Families can also check out a dedicated page to learn all about Family Center, our in-app parental tools. There, they’ll find clear, sequential guidance to help them get started using Family Center in the app. This page will be updated regularly to reflect our continued efforts to enhance our safety features.
